Core dumps are disabled by default on Linux, but this prevents access to the file picker due to security hardening. To work around this, core dumps are selectively enabled and disabled around the file picker tasks.
Moved AppLibrary, Configuration, and PlayReport namespaces to Ryujinx.Systems, add the compat list stuff in the base Ryujinx.Systems namespace.
Moved the compatibility UI stuff to the proper UI view/viewmodel folders.
Implement shader compile counter (currently not translated, will change, need to pull changes.)
Remove event logic in favor of a single init function.

Should fix CI after the previous changes.
GTK3 isn't build by the release job anymore, only by PR CI.
This also ensure that the test-ava update package is still generated to
allow update from the old testing channel.
